OOC; on plots with weather related phenomena

Ororo has the power to manipulate weather at will. The full extent can be accessed on most X-Men related wiki pages, but here's a summary in Marvel Anatomy, through a report by her former husband, King T'Challa - (Link 1, Link 2)

Years of use have given her complete mastery of this power. However, her powers are also affected by intense feelings and emotions. It is not uncommon for a strike of lightning to happen when she's particularly angry. Several lightning strikes and thunderclaps follow when she's outraged. When in grief, she might make it storm - and in particularly intense moments of grief, she's caused a planet-wide solar storm that manifested itself in an aurora borealis visible from any point on Earth! 

However, sometimes her emotions get the better of her. Yes, she's developed an iron control and generally carries herself with poise and serenity. But if mad or sad, it shows in dramatic fashion (unless she's depowered.) 

This post is for me to summarize any instances where Something has happened in-game, and Ororo's powers cause some kind of noticeable effect on the weather. These are sometimes destructive, sometimes just visible (but overrides whatever local weather forecast there is in the city.) These are considered player plots, so I've contained them here for other players' reference.

Game-specific Note:
In duplicitynet, her Area of Effect is contained to only two city blocks. She's also subject to temporary depowering by SIN guards if they notice she's being purposefully messy with the weather.

Plot Type: Personal
Dates: 12-14 November

Plot Description: Ororo has a case of the sads after her best friend Jean's departure from the City, and is going to allow the weather to reflect it for two days (at most) in the form of overcast weather over whatever areas she happens to be visiting.

1. At first, for about 15 minutes or so, it'll seem like a storm is gathering (2 approaching 3 in this handy graphic here.)

2. It'll dissipate back to 2 though, because Ororo's going to bottle it up like a champ! There will just be an hour long incidence of scattered rain - nothing destructive, but just sudden because the only warning will be that previously and rapidly darkening sky.

It's scattered rain because it will follow her as she flies/does a circuit over the city to release some tension, as weather goddesses do. Just for an hour or so, because after that she'll be back to mastering her emotions/make herself get over herself.

3. For the next day and a half, it'll be overcast (like it's about to rain buckets, but it never actually rains) for Ororo's duplicity!AoE (i.e. two city blocks).
Then it should be back to regular, clear skies by the 15th. :)

Extra Notes: I have no plans of it actually affecting anyone/causing any destruction! But it would be noticeable weather around the Up (it'd override any usual or announced weather forecasts if people pay attention to those haha)

For Updating: Depending on mod response, it's possible that she is noticed by SIN guards or some other higher-up. If so, the 2 days may be reduced through a forced power suppression for a little bit.

Plot Description: Storm (a weather witch) and Kalecgos (a frost dragon) fuck in the sky a handful of times. Off-season shenanigans ensue.

what it says on the tin? They're high enough in the sky that they're not immediately recognizable. But the effect builds from ominous cumulonimbus clouds with thunder and lightning - then scattered snow over Fiddler's Square. They keep at it for a while so the temperature drops and the snow whips into enough of a storm that they build and pile/collect in the streets without melting for at least half a day.
